Mindful Movement with Miss Abby
Go on an adventure in each class as we learn yoga poses that will build strength and flexibility, feeling peaceful and calm! We use our senses and our breath to move our body, and discover what it really feels like to ground to the earth like the roots of a flower!
Mondays and Wednesdays at 9:30am, 10:15am, 11 am & 11:45am. (18M-4 Years)
