How to Complete the Registration Form:Please be as detailed as possible on the form about your child's swim ability by choosing the most appropriate box and adding additional notes about your child's swim experience. Please also be sure to list any special requests (i.e. male vs. female instructor, request to swim with a particular teacher, request to swim with another child, etc.) We will do our absolute best to accommodate!Please select a 1st and 2nd class choice so we can best place your child. You will receive a confirmation with the class time to which your child has been assigned. We will additionally evaluate each student on their first day to be sure the class is the appropriate fit, and adjust groups as needed.
