Registration for Fall 2016 will be entirely online and registration will open August 15th. Prior to registration opening, you will receive an email containing the registration link. If you need a different accommodation, please email program director Rachel Kercher at rstoker@manhattanyouth.org for a paper registration packet.

To complete your registration, you will need to fill out the online form AND you will need to submit a completed and signed DYCD Common Enrollment Form via email to Rachel Kercher at rstoker@manhattanyouth.org. The DYCD Common Enrollment Form will be attached to the registration email. If for some reason you do not receive one or need a copy, please email Rachel Kercher. If you filled out the DYCD Common Enrollment Form (including the health portion) last year, you WILL need to submit a new form for the 2016-2017 school year. Your student's registration will not be considered complete until a completed DYCD Common Enrollment Form is received.

Some important things to note about Fall 2016 Registration:

     - Students MUST sign up for a first session in order to attend a second session. If a student leaves campus, they will NOT be readmitted.

     - There is no minimum or maximum to how many activities your student may enroll in.

     - If you sign up for a sport, you are signing up to TRY OUT for the sport. A confirmation email stating the selected sport means that your student is signed up for the try out, not that they made the team. Also, tryouts are MANDATORY. There will be no make up tryouts. Sports practices/matches may not always occur on the practice day listed on the registration schedule. Please consult sports schedules when planning.

     - If you select Science Olympiad, Filmmaking, Debate, Theater, Volleyball, Soccer, or Flag Football, you must sign up for all sessions on all days the activity is offered.

   - Study Lab: You may only register your student for a total of 3 (THREE) study lab sessions per week for the fall trimester. Each study lab will be capped at 15 students and we highly discourage signing up for study lab sessions back to back.

Confirmation emails will be sent out no later than Friday, September 2nd. If you need to alter your child's registration after submitting, or if you have any questions, please email Program Director Rachel Kercher at rstoker@manhattanyouth.org.
